Yes, we can customize prints based on your preferences. If you have a specific design, size, or format in mind, please contact us at custom@kandhor.com for a consultation. Additional fees and processing time may apply.
Ordering and Payment
- Browse our collections and select your favorite artwork.
- Choose the size and frame.
- Add the item to your cart.
- Click on your cart and proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Yes! We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, and we do not store your payment details.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us at Hello@kandhor.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, modifications may not be possible.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the United States, Europe, Asia, or elsewhere, we’ll ensure your art arrives safely.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- U.S. Orders: 5-7 business days.
- International Orders: 10-15 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s site.
We take great care in packaging, but if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@kandhor.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
